Payment Policy

To maintain a smooth and secure shopping experience:

• We operate on a prepaid basis only.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

This allows us to begin the detailed craftsmanship your piece deserves.

Crafting & Delivery Timeline

Each outfit is not mass-produced — it is carefully handcrafted, requiring approximately 40–80 hours of detailed work.

• Estimated delivery time: 15–20 working days

• Nationwide complimentary (free) shipping

During peak seasons, slight delays may occur, but we always strive to deliver within the promised timeframe.

Luxury takes time — and we promise it is worth the wait.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• A complete unboxing video (from unopened parcel to product reveal) is required as proof.

• The video must be continuous and unedited.

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process refund or exchange requests.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Complimentary Details

• Every order is delivered in premium packaging.

• Selected orders may include a complimentary gift as a token of appreciation.

Complimentary items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Product Variations

• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

• As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations are part of its uniqueness — not flaws, but individuality.
