Every piece undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.
In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item:
• A complete unboxing video (from sealed parcel to full product reveal) is mandatory.
• The video must be continuous and unedited.
• Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims.

• Approved refunds are processed within **7–10 working days**.
